1) Who do you serve?
Pretty much every businesses out there but regular clienteles are made up of hoteliers, retail boutiques, event companies, wedding event companies, corporate businesses, artistes, perfume workshops and exhibitors.
2) Is there international shipping and in which currency do you charge?
Yes we do! We are based in Singapore and our currency is in SGD (Singapore Dollars) in Asia and USD in Europe. Shipping and handling are charged separately, depending on where you're ordering from. If you got a Fedex or DHL account or a cargo service, they can collect it from our laboratory or warehouse.
3) Do you send samples and development?
Yes. Development fees are charged on project basis.
4) Do you make perfumes for Individuals?
Yes. We do samples of your fragrance brief and we provide the full volume once selected from the samples. Deposit applies.
5) Can businesses opt for synthetic versions if we do not choose the natural and organic alternatives you offer?
Yes.
6) Does your company provide packagings and If I am an individual, would I be able to choose my choice of bottles?
Yes and Yes. We have bottle makers in few countries.
